  • Put the middle fingers of your hands on the inner corner of the eyebrows and press it. Once done, use your index fingers, suppress outer edges.
  • Tilt your head upwards and look at the fan with raised eyebrows and relax.
  • Perform the steps 7 times a day, ending it by keeping your eyes closed for ten seconds.

  • After taking this posture, try smiling as wide as possible. Perform 6 cycles.
  • Keeping the position intact, place your index finger on the chin. Once done, perform up-down movement with your jaw and attentively tilt your head backward. Perform the exercise two times.

4. Perfect punch to unwanted forehead lines- Make your forehead look flawless with this exercise.

          Steps to follow-

  • Place your hands on your forehead in the inner direction. Make sure all your fingers come in between your hairline and eyebrows.
  • Once in position, slowly apply some pressure and move your fingers in the outward direction, tightening the skin.
  • Perform the exercise 10 times.

5. Smooth eyebrows area- Perform this exercise to make your skin around eyebrows look smooth and tight.

Steps to follow-

  • Open your eyes as wide as you can. Stretch your eyebrows keeping them wrinkle free.
  • Maintain the position and focus on a distant object.
  • Stay in the posture for 10 seconds and then loosen up.
  • Perform the exercise four times.
