Terms of shipping
The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days upon order payment confirmation. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. The Company shall not be liable for such delays. We currently deliver only in India. Click here to check Pin Codes we deliver to. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through email at email@example.com with a picture attached. Shipping and handling rates shall be added in the final bill when you proceed to check out. Shipping charges may vary for different places across India. The Company bears no responsibility for goods signed for by someone other than the designated recipient. The Company is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock you may place your request for the Product to our customer service support and we shall contact you when the Product in stock. and deliver you the same or in case if your order has been accepted and later it is found that the item is out of stock, then the company will cancel your order and remit your payment.

The Company is set up to take immediate orders online via credit card, debit card (MasterCard™ and Visa™). All prices on this site are processed in Indian Rupees. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at time of the payment confirmation.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
If you want to return the product for any reason, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can either call our Customer Service on 1800-1035994 between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (IST), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Who shall pay in case of such return. This depends on things such as the availability of our associated courier service in your area. Please call our Customer Service on 1800-1035994 for further details. Once your returns request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. To be eligible for the return, kindly use our associated courier partners to send us back the product. Remember, we must receive the package within 7 days of us sending the authorising email. The shipping charges shall be refunded if our Company was at fault. In other cases, you shall be liable to pay for the shipping charges. After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our EPIQUE team, that the product is unopened and not damaged due to your fault, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a credit note in the appropriate amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 15 days of our receiving the return package from you. No replacement for products on sale/discount.
Once an order is placed, there is no provision to cancel or return it. Please ensure to check your order details prior to confirming. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order if error on site or if the products are out of stock. If the Payment is charged to card prior to cancellation of order, we reserve the right to forfeit the charge.
