Can I ship my order to an address other than my home address?

When placing an order you may enter separate billing and delivery addresses. The order will be delivered to the address indicated. You will receive a receipt with details of your order via e-mail. If you have an account, you can also create, change and save multiple addresses in your address book.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

Website and phone orders are usually picked and shipped within 24-48 hours on a local business day. Please be patient as delays might occur due to public holiday. You can track your order here.

How quickly can I receive my order?

Delivery times will depend on the city/town you are in. Shipments usually take 5-7 business days upon order confirmation.

My products have leaked during transit. What do I do?

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?

While there is no reason to expect an issue with the use of Epique products during pregnancy, we recommend that any expectant mother check with her physician before changing her skin care routine.

Are your products tested on animals?

Epique products are not tested on animals.

Can I use Epique products with other skin care products?

Yes. Epique is a problem-solution skin treatment intended to be used with other products and as part of a complete regimen. There are no contraindications for using Epique with other skin care brands.

Can I use Epique Skin Care products if I have dry or combination skin?

Yes. Epique skincare products have been proven to be non-irritating on all skin types, even sensitive skin.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

What standards are followed in the formulation of Epique products?

All Epique products adhere to the highest global quality and safety standards. Clinical tests of products have successfully been undertaken in Europe. Testing has also been undertaken in India to ensure safety and suitability of all formulations on the Indian skin type.

Why is my Epique skin care product an off-white color?

Any discoloration in our anti-aging skin care products is due to the presence of one ingredient, Vitamin C, which is listed on the label as sodium ascorbyl phosphate. This antioxidant helps supplement skin’s defense against environmental assaults such as sun damage and pollution. It is normal for this ingredient to cause some discoloration – the safety and quality of the product are not affected by the color change. Testing conducted confirms that the effectiveness of the product is not affected despite a small change in color.


Do your products ever expire?

All of our skin care products have been developed to maintain their effectiveness for at least three years.

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an online order you will an email confirmation with your order number; this is also your receipt. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. It will include detailed information and your order tracking number. You can track your shipment by clicking on the Order Status in My Account section or customer service section.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Orders are processed once they are submitted. So it is not be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

How do I place an order online?

To place an order, click the “add to cart” button next to any product you wish to purchase. When you have added all products you want to order into your cart, click on the “proceed to checkout” button to begin the checkout process. How do I return a product?

If you want to return a product for any reason, please get in touch with our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of delivery by emailing us at contact@myepique.com.

How will I know my order has been registered?

Upon placing your order, you will receive a summary and receipt via email. If you’ve registered with us, your order will also be viewable on the site after 24 hours in the My Account section until delivery.

I am a new customer, where do I start?

Before embarking on your Epique journey to healthy and beautiful skin, we highly recommend taking part in a professional skincare consultation to assess your skin concerns and best prescribe the products most suitable for you. This can be done by fixing up an appointment by calling 1800-103-5994.

I am an existing customer, where do start?

If you have shopped online with us before, you can simply login to your account with your existing email address and password to start shopping. To reset your password, click on the “forgot your password” link when you click on the Customer Login. Once logged in, you can update your billing and shipping details, or do this directly at the checkout page. If you haven’t logged in, you will be prompted to do so prior to placing your order. I forgot my user ID or my password. What should I do?

You can request a new password from the Sign In section of the site. Click on the “Forgot Your Password” link, enter your email address and submit request. A new password will be emailed to you.
