We have always loved flying. And, today flying is easier than ever. Whether it is for vacations, official purpose or leisure, flying has become an important part of our lives. 1.Prepare your skin in advance :- Hydrate your skin as much as you can the night before you travel. Your skin is going to be in extremely dry zone for a long time, so better to pamper it by applying moisturizing masks that contain honey, jojoba oil, aloe, olive oil and other such nourishing ingredients.

Processed snacks such as crisps and pretzels should definitely be avoided, as well as cheese and cold-cut meat which contains high amounts of sodium and will cause bloating while on-board. You can take along healthy snacks like fruits and nuts, these are skin friendly super foods.
